Beyond Resilience

Leadership Without Losing Yourself
in a Time of Anxiety and Change

A woman-centered conversation for professional women navigating responsibility,
change, uncertainty, and the demands of leadership.

October 27, 2026; 7:00 – 8:00 CDT

This is a FREE Online Workshop.

You’ll receive the Zoom Meeting information after you register at the bottom of this page.

You’re someone people count on. Where do you turn when you need room to think?

You care about your work, your family, and the difference you make. But being capable can quietly become an expectation that you will always be available—for one more request, one more decision, one more person who needs something.

You may be managing it all and still wondering: How do I keep doing work that matters without giving away so much of myself?

Join us for a free, 60-minute online workshop for professional women who want more room to think, choose, and lead with clarity.

Tuesday, October 27, 2026
7–8 p.m. Houston time (CDT) | Online via Zoom

An hour for you—with something to take into your week

Together, we’ll explore how sustained demands, change, and losses we haven’t had time to acknowledge can affect our patience, focus, and ability to make decisions.

Through brief teaching, guided reflection, and optional conversation, you’ll have an opportunity to:

  • Name what is taking more of you than you want to give. Recognize one pressure or expectation that deserves your attention.
  • Find where you have influence. Separate what you can act on from what you cannot resolve today.
  • Choose one realistic next step. Identify a request for support, a conversation, a boundary, or a decision that could make a meaningful difference.

Perhaps you’re the person who absorbs the extra work because everyone knows you’ll get it done—and then finds herself with little patience left at home. Perhaps something has changed in your life, but the expectations haven’t changed with it.

You don’t need to reach a breaking point to make room for yourself.

What to expect

Our woman-centered approach makes room for your experience, the expectations you navigate, and what matters to you. We bring questions and a guided process; you decide what fits your life.

You’ll have time to reflect privately, with opportunities to join the conversation if you wish. You can benefit without sharing personal experiences.

We’ll begin with questions such as:

Where has being capable become an expectation that I will always be available?

What needs my attention—and what needs to stop depending entirely on me?

What is one choice I could make this week that respects both my responsibilities and myself?

The pressures you face are real. Some involve work, finances, family, or circumstances you cannot simply change. We’ll make room for that reality as we explore the choices available within it.

The woman carrying responsibility needs somewhere to put it down long enough to hear herself think.

This hour offers a place to begin—and a next step you choose for yourself.

This is an educational and reflective coaching workshop, not therapy.

The Workshop is facilitated by Barbara Archibald and Diane Walker. Both have been trained and Mentored by Dr. Claire Zammit, the founder of Woman-Centered Coaching. Barbara and Diane both have an academic background and a lifetime of experience in business, coaching, leadership, and self growth.

Traditional coaching begins with a goal. Woman-Centered Coaching begins with the Woman. There is a huge and experiential difference in our coaching methodology. You can make an appointment for a free Discovery Coaching Call to learn more about how we can work with you beyond the Workshop.
